Currently the supported languages are:
- Simplified Chinese
The language is set automatically by the Genesys Cloud application for the agent, according to the Cloud language. If a language that is not supported is selected by the agent, English is used as the default.
For the customer, the language is set by the active language of the browser he is using during the call.
You can provide your own language translations for the customer facing widget by following the widget i18n instructions.
