  • Feature / Speech to text. Agent can enable speech recognition for all participants in the call. Available provider: Google ASR.
  • Feature / Closed Captions settings. Choose colors, font sizes etc.
  • Feature / Auto-start call. Instantly join a call once the chat interaction is answered.
  • Feature / Change size of media controls (cam, mic etc). Choose between Small / Medium / Large.
  • Feature / Toggle visibility of the hangup button for customers. Either in the widget or in a link-initiated call.
